From my early days cold-calling from the Yellow Pages and fumbling through early sales calls and building businesses up six times (including after three maternity leaves during my media sales years and growing Boost Coaching over the past decade), I've learned that real-world sales skills are about more than theory—they're about resilience and authentic connection.

I intimately understand the frustration of great work not translating into referrals, the discomfort with "salesy" tactics, and the critical need for a strong personal brand. That's why I've dedicated myself to finding an authentic way to drive results.

My mission at Boost Coaching is simple: to share what I've learned that really works. I personally lead all 1:1 coaching, and for our group training, I collaborate with a select team of expert facilitators.
